The property is located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga (SI) which is located between in the southern area of Chianti Classico about 20 km from Siena between the Ombrone and Arbia rivers. The historic center with a medieval layout is immersed in the nature of the Crete Senesi. The municipal area is full of villas built in the nineteenth century by Sienese aristocrats; in the surroundings there are splendid villages, castles, villas and churches. The estate, in the prestigious wine production area of Chianti Classico, is located in a hilly and panoramic position. The property, surrounded by 320 hectares of land, has a significant amount of woodland (127.5 hectares) including a hunting reserve. Arable or pasture land (63 hectares) can be considered as an important value for the company, as in these lands authorizations could be obtained for planting new vineyards and expanding the vineyard landscape. The company has around 50 hectares of olive groves. The vineyards extend for about 82 hectares and the types cultivated are Chianti Classico (57.4 ha), Chianti (11 ha) and IGT (13.6 ha). The vineyards have different ages and about a third can be considered in production with yield. The company, from a technological point of view, needs investments both for what concerns the real estate part and for what concerns the technical equipment of the cellar, therefore the need arises to regulate the buildings by putting them up to standard and make investments for the whole the oenological part. If you want to focus on wine production, the company could produce up to 650,000 bottles per year. an area of about 320 hectares, covered with vineyards, olive groves, bushes and pastures. The property, crossed by the Chianti Classico road, includes several properties, including three villages, two farmhouses and appurtenances for agricultural use (deposits, cellars, warehouses) for a total area of 8,040 m2.
