By purchasing apartments you can join the guaranteed rental return program which allows you to receive passive income of the property value for 5 years. Rental income is calculated as a percentage of the purchased unit price. It is guaranteed to be paid to the owner at the end of each year.
The management company is taking care of renting and servicing the unit. At the same time, the owner of the unit is receiving passive income throughout the year and can stay in the unit for 15 days from May to October. Therefore, the owner of the unit can earn income not only from an increase in the unit’s price during the construction period but also from renting the unit after construction is finished.
