254 Pasin Gramercy Park

ref. 254 Pas

Description Located between 20th Street and Park Avenue South the 254 Pas is in the middle of everything that matters in Manhattan. Many of the best bars and restaurants of the City are just a few steps from your door. Also Union Square, Madison Square, Chelsea and Greenwich Village are just around the corner. From the outside, the 254 Pas is a perfect example of neoclassical Beaux-Arts style building, while inside is a triumph of modernity, functionality and comfort. Built in 1913, it has recently been revisited by the designer Charles Allem who was able to engrave his passion and experience throughout the building, giving it a sophisticated but accessible, modern but sensitive to the history of the building look, recreating an ancient masterpiece . In the lobby of ebony wood details recall the warm and welcoming design of the apartments, while neutral tones echo the classic style of the facade. Richly decorated lifts allow access to all the floors, including the one dedicated to the amenities: a private gym, Park Lounge, a private club for residents with billiard room and - for the first time in New York City - a poker room, and the 24 hours concierge service.
