- 75% Merlot
- 17% Cabernet Sauvignon

The annual wine production is between 150,000 and 200,000 bottles. The bottle sale price is 5 to 25 Euro before tax. 40% of production is sold in France and the rest of the production is sold abroad, among others to China, Japan, Russia and Germany, etc.
The legal structure of the property is based on two companies : a SCEA, agricultural development company that employs five
full-time employees and a simplified joint-stock company that handles the marketing of wines and the wine-tourism activity. This simplified joint-stock company employs six persons including five full-time.
All the equipment (agricultural machinery, wine-making tools, tanks, presses, filters,...) will be sold with the property. The stocks are not included in the sale.
This property is located 10 minutes from the A10 motorway, just 40 minutes from Bordeaux (5th biggest city of France, listed as UNESCO World Heritage and with an international airport, 45 minutes of the first major Atlantic beaches and from the Bay of Arcachon, 2 hours from the Pyrenean ski resorts.
