The condo hotel formula, so popular in Florida, has finally reached Milan. This June the Ramada Plaza Milano hotel will be inaugurated in via Stamira D’Ancona, in the industrial zone of the Italian financial capital, with various types of apartments on sale with prices ranging from 3.150 euro/m2.
