The Downtown Club is a newly refurbished condo development project, completed in 2006, of the famous NYC landmark: The Downtown Athletic Club. Other downtown Manhattan architectural gems of Starrett & van Vleck include the Everett Building (1908), the American Stock Exchange (1921), and our building, the Downtown Athletic Club (1930).
